My Shepherd Lord, with flute so true of tone
is leading where peaceful waters flow;
to give me rest in pastures cool.
And all he souls who thirst in their distress
will gain new life, and they will thirst no more.
Oh yes, my Shepherd is my sovereign Lord,
who gives me comfort and stills my soul.
And I will sail the river of God’s love
in quiet flowing and glowing peace.
